Objectives

Data sent spontaneously through the information request form on the Cavalieri Retailing Srl website, or sent via e-mail to the addresses indicated on this website, as well as that that will subsequently be collected by direct contacts, will be processed by our office staff to assess the candidate’s profile. It will be analysed along with business needs and determine the opportunity for employment.

Obligation to provide data

The provision of the data requested in the form, including the Curriculum Vitae, is mandatory to manage the assessment and selection of candidates.

Any refusal to provide the required data, or its revocation, will make it impossible for the company to start or continue with the assessment and selection activities.

Data management is carried out by our staff in charge both on paper and with the aid of electronic tools to store, manage and transmit the data for the assessment, contact and selection of candidates.

The data will be stored for the duration of the selection activity.

If the appropriate consent box is ticked, the data provided and the related curriculum vitae will be stored in our archives even after this deadline for later selection and assessment activities.
