Settimo Torinese and Moncalieri Dynameet opened on 3rd October: the new format that focuses on sociality.
The rebranding project by Stefano Papini, creator of Dynammeet, brings the famous two rooms of the “cockerel” towards the new frontier of catering, the Restaurantainment: “We need more human relationships than food, the restaurant is growing in importance for an increasingly rare moment of sociality, even if always conveyed by the desire for food “, says Papini. Environment, technology and good food are therefore the ideal theatre in which to leave space to the real protagonists, the emotions of Dynameet customers, who will come to the restaurant to experience moments of conviviality and relation.
Our company, Cavalieri Retail, has contributed to the development of this innovative catering project, setting up the training path of Dynameet staff who will be involved in a real Academy in order to develop cross skills and a service model oriented towards the well-being of the customer. In fact, it will be the staff’s difficult task of translating the new goal of Dynameet “Happy food, genuine people” into gestures, words and relationships that involve customers in an unforgettable wellness experience.
